School Mistakes
Well, we are humans. What else can we say? Everyday at least 99% of the humans have to make a mistake, whether it is a silly one or a serious one. The most common mistake in Power Point Presentations I've seen in this class is overwriting. Whenever we have to make a Power Point Presentation, there's at least five presentations that have overwriting. By overwriting I mean people who write their COMPLETE ideas instead of putting their points. I remember during fifth and sixth grade with Miss Kim we had to make Book Talks. I really miss them, but not that much to make one. Most kids, I realized, wrote their complete summaries instead of ideas. That took the interest away of their presentations, except if the book was really interesting. I remember Pedro's and Mahonry's presentation including the WHOLE summary, which was kind of boring. While they read their summaries, I remember being half asleep. Also, their spelling and grammar. Many people don't proof read their work, so their assignments are full of mistakes that are just annoying when you look at them. People should at least see their presentations when they are done with them, to look for mistakes and to at least practice what and how they are going to present. Still, we are humans and make mistakes.
